The twin buggey packs are now sited beneath the deck. I have noticed that now the weight of the craft is increased, it tends to have a bit more momentum once it gets going, so you need to allow for this when manouvering!!

However i dont know if this is a C Skirt or not....also i am having problems, please look at this video and tell me why the problems are here. In the video i show the underside with the skirt, and i power the unit on to show how the skirt flaps outward and flys away on its own. Your feedback and HELP are EXTREMLY appreciated for any that you can give me.

THe skirt is a C skirt, and im debating on chanign to a bag, i want to get rid of as much drag as possible...also...dirt gets in the "C" skirt. My batteries were so low in the remote that i could barely controll the craft! lol oh well. it was also hard to control while holding a cammera.

Notice the thing just flies on its own, im having a serious problem with this "draft" pushing the craft from under the hull...my skirt design must be lacking.

It went better than expected, but the motor controller did not like water which made steering nearly impossible. Testing on water let me find out that the hovercraft was not heavy enough - I underestimated the lift fan...

It is a small film of my first build hovercraft. It was a test model and is my own design. It performed very well, but nevertheless i have scraped this hovercraft. That's because i want, beside that large 40cc hovercraft which I have placed in the photograph album, to build a smaller type off hovercraft.
I have unfortunately no photograph of my first hovercraft.
